The Brief: Make Tango Berry Peachy go viral between Gen Z on social platforms.
Insight: The peach emoji has lost it’s original meaning on the internet.
Idea: We faked a parent’s pressure group and staged a protest to reclaim the original meaning of the peach emoji.
We created a fake group called M.U.P.P.E.T. (Moms&Dads United for Proper Peach Emoji Treatment) on Facebook and Instagram and let our unhinged parents earn their fame on channels like Pubity and LADBible, making it the best performing social content on their channels this year.
Our next victims were the crowd of Twitter, where we got people to report each other for the wrong usage of the peach emoji.
